On the DMU Public server, when i do the command /accept-items it says i have nothing from the dmu store even though i purchased some tardis exteriors in the past version of the mod.

If you purchased them before November you won't get them back, as the circuits before November can be used to craft TARDISes which breaks EULA. Post-Novembers store bought ones are chameleon circuits only so got re credited.

Can't you guys update old purchases so that new circuits will be given?

If you paid for a chameilion circuit before the reset can you get back because i feel like i wasted £1.00

 You didn't as all money used goes toward the server staying open 

 If you require a refund for any products bought through our website you must contact our support email support@swdteam.com including details of the product and why you are requesting a refund. This also includes all donations / payments made to SWDTeam outside of the SWDTeam.com website. However we will only refund a user if the payment has been made within 7 days of the refund being requested. Refunds will only be given if the reasoning behind the request is valid. Therefore, refund requests because the user got "bored", "changed their mind", "was jailed (on the servers)" and "was banned" will be declined.

 If you bought it within 3 months, you can getyour items again by typing /accept-items in your TARDIS or house.
